Furthermore, carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.
Ginger: Is is among the healthiest (and most delicious) spices on the planet. It acts as a anti-inflammatory, also helps with nausea and morning sickness. Helps with chronic indigestion is characterized by recurrent pain and discomfort in the upper part of the stomach and reduce mistral pain.
