So simple and an easy way to feed the whole family... Plus a healthy alternative to eggs & oatmeal. 💪🏼 Base:
10 slices Sprouted Grain Bread, cut into large cubes (I used cinnamon raisin Ezekiel Bread)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup sweetener of choice (i.e. Stevia, Xylitol, Agave)

Optional: thinly sliced apples

Liquid Mix:
1.5 cups liquid egg whites (about 12 egg whites or you can use 6 whole eggs)
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp sea salt
1-2 tbsp agave, honey or coconut syrup 
Instructions:
1. Evenly Spread coconut oil across the bottom of a 9x11 Pyrex dish
2. Top with heavy layer of stevia (At this point you can layer and your sliced apples if you're choosing to use them)
3. Add Bread cubes to the dish, making sure there are no gaps.
4. In a large mixing bowl whisk together all liquid ingredients.
5. Pour liquid mix over the bread making sure to get all the cubes wet.
6. Cover with foil and place in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least one hour)

In the morning preheat oven to 375° and place baking dish in the oven (covered) for 30 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes to get the top golden brown.

Serve immediately with slices banana, sf syrup, or jam. 😋
