The key is to really try and own your full range of motion in the hold. As you can see you will get wobbly and shake life a leaf during this drill. Focus on that 90/90 degree positioning of the legs letting that back knee hover just inches above the floor. Tag me at #jeremyscottfitness I would love to hear how this goes for you.
