In 1954 THURGOOD MARSHALL successfully argued Brown vs Board of Education, which ruined America. In 1967, LBJ added insult to injury by appointing him to the Supreme Court, the first of two African-Americans to wear that robe. Marshall spent 25 years on the highest court of the land running his mouth all the time while white people were trying to talk, even going so far as to ask probing questions - legislating from the bench, as it were. While in chambers, they say on Fox news that he snapped his fingers a lot, undulating rhythmically and singing under his breath Papa Was A Rolling Stone by The Temptations, which that white lady on Fox news called a travesty, though you must agree that it has a catchy tune. On January 24, 1993, at 84 years of age, he drew a final breath of life. The Negro seat on the bench had been replaced a year earlier by demure Clarence Thomas, who is said on Fox news to be a good listener. That was when a US President might appoint a Negro to the Supremes Court. Ha ha Ha ha ha.
